Salmon Sashmi in Mini Cones

Few weekends ago on Saturday, I was invited by Entertaier to check out the venue and enjoy the canapes offeings from Kinki Rooftop Bar and it was cool to hangout with hazeldiary,  yummyfoodbook and 365days2eat!  Lovely Salmon Sashimi in these mini cones.  As 365days2eat came late, so unfortunately don’t think she got to try these!

Cherry Tomatoes Tart with Truffle Oil

I loved these yummy cherry tomatoes on a whole coated with truffle oil on these well baked tarts.  These are perfectly delicious canapes to go with the Belvedere Vodka cocktails. 

These Belvedere cocktails on the back of the Marina Bay Financial District.  For your information, Belvedere is the world’s original luxury vodka and it has a Polish heritage.  Most people would have been familiar with Absolute Vodka due to its relative popularity, however there are many more vodkas with various origin.  Kinki Rooftop Bar mixes its cocktail with Belvedere. 

 It is relaxing to be at Kinki Rooftop Bar.  Admire the great view with a backdrop of a graffiti on one of its wall.  This reminds me of being in Melbourne when street art is really popular and the government designate special areas where people can display their creativity. 

As dusk falls, the entire area turn out to be more mesmerising with the adjacent Fullerton Bay Hotel building lights up.  All the guests get to marvel at the spectacular night view which we are no longer strangers with.   

I always love the Marina Bay area particularly the towering Marina Bay Sands.  It is my greatest dream to have a staycation at MBS one day.  I will really love to visit Sky Park, swim at its infinity pool and dine at KU DÉ TA the much acclaimed restaurant of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
